Le projet Tangent

L’idée de l’immodurabilité est issue, d’une part, de l’observation de la transformation de l’espace urbain et l’inscription de l’objet immobilier dans le temps, et d’autre part, de l’actorialisation du discours architectural au niveau de la ville et du territoire (l’objet d’une sémiotique de l’espace au sens de l’Ecole de Paris), dans l’esprit d’une large notion de développement durable. D’une manière intuitive nous avons placé au centre des observations un nouveau type de «projet-process» conceptuel nourri de l’expérience de la conception à l’exploitation de l’objet urbain inscrit dans le développement territorial.
Dans un premier temps, le projet tangent est un projet qui se constitue à la marge des grands projets et qui accueille «les restes», les «actions de contestation» et «les acteurs imprévus» de ce que l’on appelle l’acte de construire.
Si on veut l’imaginer, sur le plan esthétique, le projet tangent n’est pas beau, son modèle mathématique doit ressembler aux fractales et les acteurs qui l’animent n’ont pas de compétences spécifiques attachées à un registre quelconque de métiers.
Le projet tangent peut ressembler à une offre de services qui n’existe pas encore.
Le projet tangent est comme une externalisation des actifs immobiliers avec les principes développement durable…

Faza a doua: este realizarea planului, descrierea inscrierii in timp a dezvoltarii teritoriale si lansarea proiectelor prioritare.

A City Where One Could Peacefully Live - We have the responsibility, to not put to waste of the many people who have suffered by giving our best to make a safe city from the experience of the Great Hanshin Awaji Earthquake. It has become apparent from this disaster the importance and need for making a network for information and the need of maintaining city foundation such as land readjustment and to secure open space. We have received many suggestions in making of a city where people could live safely.
A City That Could Coexist - Houses and ferroconcrete high or middle-rised Apartments, Residential and Factories, Development and Nature, The Young and Old, The New Residents and Old Residents, by balancing the conflicts of the different values of the many people, we have received many suggestions that we can make into reality of living together where people could live eternally, and to produce a city of high sustainability. It is important to work towards the kind of city where children and adults, corporations, and nature could all live and work together.
A City Where Follows It's Rules - We have also received many suggestions where if the people of different values are to be living together, and to be making a realistic city, there are certain rules to be made. We need to make rules where we all can follow and it is needed that the city to be made with rules.
A City Where Everyone Works Together - We have received suggestions that the main core should be the people living in those cities, when planning a city. The administration should listen to the voices of the people while proceeding in the process of making a city . On the other hand, the people and entrepreneurs who live and work there are to work hard in the consensus in the making of the city.

Autostrada este deja in planul Europe si al Romaniei... si e mai mult decat bine pentru Focsani... dar un drum pentru Craute este o propunere ecologica buen si pe placul Europei... acum ca strategia este votata... putem sa o punem la studiu.... ideea mis de pare mai mult decît buna... un vers al unui poet focsanen conteporan ar putea canta: "trec carutele in jurul Focsanilor in pace pe drumul rezervat lor..."... problema este ca sunt carute si "carute"....
Despre baza aeriana nu am nici o informatie... dar un aeroport la Focsani ar fi o "binecuvantare" economica...
